Tool grinder EUROMET SN-50 dedicated to grinding high-speed steel, hardened steel or other materials used for the manufacture of tools. It is suitable for grinding cylindrical surfaces as well as any other surfaces of cutting tools. The device equipped with additional attachments can be used for grinding the surface of gear wheels, shaped cutters, turning knives, flat cutters, cylindrical cutters, drills, taps and others.

It is suitable for grinding cylindrical surfaces as well as any other surfaces of cutting tools. The device equipped with additional attachments can be used for grinding the surface of gear wheels, shaped cutters, turning knives, flat cutters, cylindrical cutters, drills, taps and others.
The working table in the SN-50 grinder is based on precise ball guides that provide rigid, play-free support with full freedom of movement.
The body of the device is made of high-quality iron castings. This ensures the stiffness of the structure at the highest level. The grinder head is adjustable in 3 axes.
The grinding head is based on a swivel arm that enables 360o rotation in 2 planes. In addition, the head is based on an extendable arm that allows the spindle to move vertically. These adjustments ensure the possibility of grinding almost any surface.
The grinding wheels are based directly on the double-sided shaft of the drive motor. Large, reinforced shaft bearings and wheel supports ensure long-term, maintenance-free operation. The induction motor is quiet and efficient.
