Unique construction of axis B
The B transmission mechanism in the BX700DD model has been modernized from a double cochlear / shaft to direct drive. In addition to a smooth and strong torque, the direct propulsion system is characterized by a higher speed, high service reaction, zero looseness and exceptional dynamic accuracy for the optimal finish of the surface of the workpiece. The external cooling system effectively minimizes structural thermal deformation and a deviation of accuracy, in addition, the initial torque is maintained, because the temperature is constantly maintained at a low and stable level.
The rear end of axis B shaft is equipped with an angular position coder to increase the accuracy of positioning the B.
Pinnacle BX is the most profitable production investment covering 5-axis simultaneously controlled machining centers. It brings positive and immediate results, improving the processing accuracy and shortening the cutting time.
BX700 / BX500 is a high speed, high accuracy with the 5-axis processing center Heidenhain TNC640 controlled simultaneously. Equipped with a built -in 15,000 rpm spindle, a rotary head in the B ± 120 ° axis and a rotary table in the C Ø630 mm axis (built -in DD axis) to optimize the machining space and allow you to finish the complex details in one setting and shorten the time cycle.
Pneumatic balance system
The Z axis is pneumatically balanced using high response pneumatic cylinders. An additional air tank installed to increase the balancing efficiency, ensuring fast and stable movement in the A axis, ensuring high quality surface.
Spindle cooling system
