Manual band saw IMET GBS 242 GH Auto Cut enabling cutting at an angle - arm torsion to the right and left - and hydraulic feed. The machine is equipped with a manual vice with quick clamping, manual lifting of the arm, cooling system, two cutting speeds and smoothly adjustable feed. Cutting tool - bimetallic strip, height 27 mm, is precisely guided in cubes made of sintered carbides.

The GBS 242 GH has a large worktop with a swivel integrated with a headband designed to avoid notches on the same ball bearing for easy rotation.
A vice with adjustable guides, moving laterally on the working surface and quick approach to the material being cut.
The blade guides of the GBS 242 GH are equipped with carbide inserts and additional front bearings for optimal blade positioning.
The bi-metal blade has dimensions of 2965 x 27 x 0.9 mm and runs at a speed of 35 to 70 meters per minute, making it an ideal tool for machining steel and cast iron.
