The hydraulic bending machine NC EUROMET ZH 4x3070 is designed for the production of bent sections made by successive bending of sheet metal. After using special tools, it is possible to make various boxes, bend sheet metal edges, etc. The machine has the ability to electronically set the angle. The device has a portable control panel and a divided upper knife. The machine's design uses a hydraulic unit - this ensures high precision of work and reliability of operation.

The latest edition of the hydraulic bending machine NC EUROMET ZH 4x3070 is now available in a set with a 7-inch color control panel with a touch screen.

The biggest advantage of this panel is that it can store up to 99 programs with 20 bending angles per program, and each bend angle allows for precise tuning of the material bend compensation. This function simply eliminates guesswork and takes bending to the next level to achieve accuracy and repeatability every time. Another unique feature built in is the quick acting head, which allows for adjustment to different material thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5 mm.

The welded frame is made of heavy gauge steel, which provides excellent strength and minimal flexibility when working at full capacity and under extreme load. Compared to press brakes, hydraulic bending machines do not require retooling to perform bends above 90 degrees.
