The band in the final cutting stage is tilted relative to the plane of the vice base. Thanks to this solution, we shorten the cutting cycle time and increase the tool life (e.g. when cutting square profiles).
FLAT and BOX
The CUBO series machines are available in two versions: FLAT and BOX. They have the same technical parameters, but with a different protection system. FLAT has a metal housing that covers the integrated feeder to ensure the operator's safety. BOX, on the other hand, is equipped with a full system of metal guards on all 4 sides, creating a cage, while allowing easy access to moving elements.
Cutting parameters and models
There are 7 models available for the CUBO line, 6 of them with the NC system and 1 with electronic control. You can choose the ideal solution taking into account the required cutting performance:
